The Anguilla Culinary Experience (ACE), the island’s premier epicurean festival, is back for its fourth year from April 30th to May 4th, 2025, promising an unforgettable celebration of food, wine, and Caribbean hospitality.
This year’s lineup features an impressive roster of celebrity chefs, sommeliers, and mixologists, including Anguilla-born Chef Kerth Gumbs, Chicago-based Chefs Douglas Psaltis and Hsing Chen, Saint-Martin’s Chef Sébastien Barrière, and Napa Valley wine expert Leigh Ann Reed.
With seaside parties, intimate dinners, hands-on cooking demos, beach barbecues, and lively competitions, ACE 2025 is a must-attend event for food lovers. Beyond indulging in world-class cuisine, the festival supports culinary and hospitality training programmes, empowering Anguilla’s next generation of chefs.
ACE 2025 highlights and event schedule
Opening night: “Taste the Magic of Malliouhana” (April 30th)
Kicking off the festival in style, Malliouhana, Auberge Resorts Collection, hosts the opening night party featuring Chef Kerth Gumbs (BBC’s Great British Menu winner and MasterChef Junior judge). The resort’s Culinary Dream Team will showcase Anguilla’s finest flavours, blending modern techniques with classic island favourites. Guests booking Malliouhana’s ACE 2025 accommodations package receive two complimentary tickets to this exclusive event.
“Anguilla is the culinary capital of the Caribbean, and Malliouhana’s Dream Team is creating a taste revolution,” says Chef Kerth Gumbs. “We can’t wait to kick off ACE 2025 with an unforgettable night of bold flavours and modern flair.”
“Flavors of Altamer” and “Bacchus Feast” (May 1st)
On Thursday, May 1st, Chef Sébastien Barrière (winner of Best Table de Saint-Martin 2024) teams up with Chef Gerard MacDonna of Sharky’s Anguilla for an immersive “Flavors of Altamer” dinner. The evening begins with rooftop cocktails at Antilles Pearl Villa, followed by an oceanfront feast at Blue Diamond Villa, highlighting Anguilla’s indigenous ingredients.
