Anguilla Culinary Experience returns in 2025: Celebrate food, fun & island culture!

Anguilla’s premier food and wine event, the Anguilla Culinary Experience (ACE), returns for its fourth year from April 30 to May 3, 2025. This culinary extravaganza celebrates the island’s rich seafood and indigenous ingredients, featuring top chefs from around the world.

Join foodies from across the globe as they savour delectable dishes at Anguilla’s award-winning resorts, private villas, and bespoke restaurants. A portion of the festival’s proceeds supports educational programmes for the island’s future culinary and hospitality professionals.

The festival kicks off with a signature opening night party hosted by ACE Platinum Partner, Malliouhana, at their iconic cliff-top Bar Soleil.

ACE event tickets can be purchased online at www.anguillaculinaryexperience.com starting in mid-November.

“Dining at Malliouhana has never been better, and we’re thrilled to host Anguilla Culinary Experience 2025’s opening night. Overlooking the iconic two-tiered infinity pool and Meads Bay, it’s the perfect setting to showcase our ‘Culinary Dream Team’ – and Wine Spectator Award-winning wine collection – celebrating gastronomic heritage and new generations of local culinary talent,” said Malliouhana Managing Director Logan Miller.

Indulge in four days of Anguilla culinary delights

For four days, ACE attendees can immerse themselves in Anguilla’s culinary traditions. Enjoy seaside parties, collaborative chef dinners, beach barbecues, wine tastings, live music, mixology demonstrations, cooking classes, mystery basket competitions, a rum crawl, and more.

Between culinary adventures, unwind on Anguilla’s pristine beaches and explore the island’s natural beauty and tranquil waters.

“The Anguilla Culinary Experience is more than just exceptional food, it’s a chance to connect. It’s chefs exchanging ideas and people from around the world sharing a table. Most importantly, it’s giving our financial support so Anguilla’s youth can pursue their dreams,” said festival co-founder and Villa Alegria owner Wendy Freeman. “It has been thrilling to watch ACE grow and evolve and we look forward to building on these relationships for years to come.”

This festival not only celebrates our rich gastronomic heritage and the incredible talent of local and international chefs, but it also helps shape the future by supporting the next generation of Anguilla’s culinary and hospitality professionals. We look forward to another unforgettable celebration of flavour, culture, and community,” said Anguilla Tourist Board’s (ATB) Director of Tourism, Mrs Stacey Liburd.

About Anguilla

Tucked away in the northern Caribbean, Anguilla is a shy beauty with a warm smile. A slender length of coral and limestone fringed with green, the island is ringed with 33 beaches, considered by savvy travellers and top travel magazines, to be the most beautiful in the world. Anguilla lies just off the beaten path, so it has retained a charming character and appeal.

Yet because it can be conveniently reached from three major gateways: Miami, FL (MIA), Puerto Rico (SJU), and St Martin (SXM); and by private air, it’s a hop and a skip away. Romance? Barefoot elegance? Unfussy chic? And untrammeled bliss? Lose the crowd. Find yourself. In Anguilla.
