Scrumptious fruit cake for my customers

My name is Radha Ramoutar. I am humble, down to earth, fun-loving and compassionate. I have always had an interest in fruit cake designing, event planning, and decorating. I enjoy going to Satsang, cinema, beach, staying at home, going out to breakfast and of course, the typical Trini limes with family and friends.

It started many years ago when I was around 19 years old, decorating for family and friends. After that, I also did decorations for bigger events such as weddings and it was at this point I started doing cakes. That was when I met my match because to this day my interest in it hasn’t faded. I am even more taken by this art and I thoroughly enjoy the challenges my clients present me with. I wouldn’t have it any other way. So far I haven’t had any bad experiences with customers, though I’ve had some challenges along the way. I enjoy each new order and I often say, “There’s nothing I can’t do.”

I create delicious cakes in flavours like lemon sponge, spiced sponge, double chocolate, carrot as well as cheesecakes and many more. I do fondant designs and that’s how I am able to achieve different results that delight my customers every time. As fondant can be molded in many ways, the possibilities are endless.

Fruit cake for Christmas

This Christmas season I will be doing the traditional fruit cake and my usual range of cakes – scrumptious fruit cakes, and Christmas cupcakes all made to order! I only resumed business late last year, but it has been picking up as satisfied customers spread the word.

This December will be busy as usual and perhaps even more so because of increased orders which have already been coming in. I am excited to face this challenge as well.
