Overview

International Interiors Ltd. is an established interior finishes and construction company located in Barataria, San Juan. We are looking for a sales and design consultant that is proficient in commercial and residential interior design. This role will also entail doing sales for the company in-office and on the road. This position is fulfilled by a base level salary plus commission on sales.

 

Design & Sales Consultant job expectations include, but are not limited to the following:

·        Provide design consultation to clients using our products

·        Drafting designs

·        Engagement with customers and clients

·        Demonstrating product application

·        Attend site meetings

·        Conducting accurate on-site measuring and quoting

·        Capturing the sale and providing a delivery schedule

·        Follow-ups with client after product installation

·        Generate new business leads through networking and referrals

 

Requirements

·        At least 5 years’ experience in Interior Design

·        Past Sales experience

·        Must have own motor vehicle and valid driver’s permit

·        Proficient in designing/drafting software (AutoCAD, Sketcher, etc.)

·        Must be highly creative and innovative

·        Must possess analytical, technical, and strategic thinking skills

·        Must have outstanding organizational and time-management skills

·        Must have exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills

·        Ability to work with a tight schedule in a fast-paced and stressful environment

·        Must possess remarkable interpersonal and customer service skills

·        Must possess exemplary written and verbal communication skills

·        Must be flexible and can adapt quickly to changes

·        Is highly reliable, driven, and responsible
