We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. You will be the one to ensure smooth running of operations to maximize sales and minimize costs.
The ideal candidate will have experience as a store manager and knowledge of diverse business subjects such as sales, marketing etc. An effective retail manager will also be able to motivate personnel to perform according to their maximum capacity.
We are also looking for a retail candidate that will provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout our Retail Store. The goal is to manage our store in ways that boost revenues and develop the business. All while running the business in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention.
Retail Manager Responsibilities
The role of the Retail Manager will be to:
· Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
· Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance in customer service and sales
· Analyze sales and revenue reports, make forecasts and set sales targets for store performance
· Implement store marketing programs based on forecasts and performance based on overall company marketing plans
· Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays
· Set sales and performance quotas for all staff and monitor weekly to maintain store targets
· Prepare and control the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency
· Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget
· Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation
· Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store
· Oversee store merchandising plans and programs by inspecting the areas in the store and resolving any issues that might arise
· Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents;
· Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies;
· Take the extra mile to engage customers and grow sales.Position Requirements:
· Proven experience as retail manager or in other managerial position
· Knowledge of retail management best practices
· Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
· Excellent organizing and leadership skills
· Commercial awareness
· Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative;
· Track record of over-achieving quota;
· Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
· Excellent knowledge of retail management software (e.g. MS RMS)

Perfec-Tone is seeking a Skin Specialist. Applicants must be swift under pressure, pleasant, willing to help others, take initiative, and have a general interest in skin care.
The Skin Specialist will train to perform facials, microdermabrasion, product usage, and waxing. This also includes assisting with these services and preparing for other customers. The successful applicant will be required to work well and interact with customers to ensure their satisfaction and experience.The Skin Specialist will provide facials, full-body treatments, and head and neck massages to improve the health and appearance of the skin. They will also provide other skin care treatments, such as peels, masks, or scrubs, to remove dead or dry skin.In addition to working with clients, the skincare specialists will create daily skin care routines based on skin analysis and help clients understand which skin care products will work best for them. They will also be responsible for actively sell skin care products, such as cleansers, lotions, and creams.Skin Care Specialist ResponsibilitiesThe role of the Skin Care Specialist is to:· Evaluate clients’ skin condition and appearance
· Discuss available treatments and determine which products will improve clients’ skin quality
· Remove unwanted hair, using wax, laser, or other approved treatments
· Clean the skin before treatments and sessions
· Use or application of various skins treatment techniques to include: microdermabrasion, chemical peels, skin cleansing and scrubs.
· Proper cleansing of the skin before make-up application
· Recommend skin care products, such as cleansers, lotions, or creams
· Teach and advise clients on how to apply makeup and how to take care of their skin
· Refer clients to another skincare specialist, such as a dermatologist, for serious skin problems
· Sterilize and disinfect equipment and clean work areasPosition Requirements:
· Proven customer support experience or experience as a skin care specialist;
· Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening;
· Familiarity with CRM systems and practices;
· Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
· Excellent communication and presentation skills;
· Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
· High school degree
