      Summary of Role

      We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager to oversee the daily operations of our store. You will be the one to ensure smooth running of operations to maximize sales and minimize costs.

      The ideal candidate will have experience as a store manager and knowledge of diverse business subjects such as sales, marketing etc. An effective retail manager will also be able to motivate personnel to perform according to their maximum capacity.

      We are also looking for a retail candidate that will provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout our Retail Store. The goal is to manage our store in ways that boost revenues and develop the business. All while running the business in an efficient and profitable manner, to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty and retention.

      Retail Manager Responsibilities

      The role of the Retail Manager will be to:
      · Organize all store operations and allocate responsibilities to personnel
      · Supervise and guide staff towards maximum performance in customer service and sales
      · Analyze sales and revenue reports, make forecasts and set sales targets for store performance
      · Implement store marketing programs based on forecasts and performance based on overall company marketing plans
      · Plan and oversee in-store promotional events or displays
      · Set sales and performance quotas for all staff and monitor weekly to maintain store targets
      · Prepare and control the store’s budget aiming for minimum expenditure and efficiency
      · Monitor stock levels and purchases and ensure they stay within budget
      · Deal with complaints from customers to maintain the store’s reputation
      · Keep abreast of market trends to determine the need for improvements in the store
      · Oversee store merchandising plans and programs by inspecting the areas in the store and resolving any issues that might arise
      · Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents;
      · Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies;
      · Take the extra mile to engage customers and grow sales.

      Position Requirements:

      · Proven experience as retail manager or in other managerial position
      · Knowledge of retail management best practices
      · Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
      · Excellent organizing and leadership skills
      · Commercial awareness
      · Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative;
      · Track record of over-achieving quota;
      · Analytical mind and familiarity with data analysis principles
      · Excellent knowledge of retail management software (e.g. MS RMS)
      · BSc/BA in business administration or equal industry experience in sales or relevant field;

      Customer Service Representative

      Summary of Role
      The customer service representative, or CSR, will act as a liaison, provide product/services information and resolve any emerging problems that our customers might face with accuracy and efficiency.
      The best CSRs are genuinely excited to help customers. They’re patient, empathetic, and passionately communicative. They love to talk. Customer service representatives can put themselves in their customers’ shoes and advocate for them when necessary. Customer feedback is priceless, and these CSRs can gather that for you. Problem-solving also comes naturally to customer care specialists. They are confident at troubleshooting and investigate if they don’t have enough information to resolve customer complaints.
      The target is to ensure excellent service standards, respond efficiently to customer inquiries and maintain high customer satisfaction.

      Customer Service Representative Responsibilities

      The role of the Customer Service Representative will be to:
      · Manage incoming calls and customer service inquiries
      · Generate sales leads that develop into new customers
      · Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction
      · Manage large amounts of incoming calls;
      · Generate sales leads;
      · Identify and assess customers’ needs to achieve satisfaction;
      · Build sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication;
      · Provide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods/tools;
      · Meet personal/customer service team sales targets and call handling quotas;
      · Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, follow up to ensure resolution;
      · Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents;
      · Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies;
      · Take the extra mile to engage customers.

      Position Requirements:

      · Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative;
      · Track record of over-achieving quota;
      · Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening;
      · Familiarity with CRM systems and practices;
      · Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters;
      · Excellent communication and presentation skills;
      · Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively;
      · High school degree
