Social / Digital Media Coordinator

Job description

Summary 

Our Client seeks an experienced Social and Digital Media Coordinator to design, create and publish material as required by the project briefs.

Key Responsibilities

• Updates and maintains all communication materials to guarantee accurate and precise information to all employees.
• Develops creative concepts and strategic design solutions for various mediums that meets the objectives of project briefs.
• Prepares final artwork for various mediums as required.
• Produce electronic commercials for Television, Radio and other media formats as required by project brief.
• Develop speeches, press releases and advertorials including copywriting for marketing collateral.
• Assists with the design for promotion banners.
• Develops creative concepts and designs for social media and online (website).
• Creates and maintains orderly project files and adhere to department processes.
• Establish timelines and milestones for client projects in collaboration with Line Manager.
• Assists in any other function related to the development or production of creative materials that is required.

Requirements

Requirements

• A minimum of two (2) years’ experience in a similar position
• Demonstrate a command of Adobe Creative Suite software applications. Primarily Illustrator, InDesign and Photoshop
• Ability with other applications within the suite would be an asset
• Knowledge of Cinema 4D or other 3D applications would be an advantage
• The ability to build motion graphic elements, edit videos and use audio to produce complete communication in various formats
• Excellent communicator verbally and written
• Ability to work well with other persons from various departments / external agencies as required
• Ability to lead and inspire others
• Able to multitask, and deadline oriented
