Head, Enterprise Planning, Implementation and Transformation (12682)
OBJECTIVES:
- Leads and oversees the Enterprise Planning, Implementation and Transformation team in conducting business requirements gathering and analysis, assessment of business needs and the subsequent identification, planning, design, development/configuration and implementation of feasible and innovative solutions for business problems.
- Identifies opportunities created by new, emerging and disruptive technologies to facilitate innovation in business models, products, and services and advance business strategies.
The minimum requirements for the position are: ·
- BSc in Computer Science or Information Technology
- Postgraduate Diploma in Information Technology or related field would be an asset
- PMP certification will be a definite asset ·
- Five (5) years supervisory experience in an Information Technology environment ·
- Experience relevant to the oil and gas industry would be an asset
Knowledge, Skills and Key Attributes
Knowledge of:
- Project Management, IS business strategy alignment, Enterprise Analysis, global IM/IT standards and practices, emerging and disruptive technology, emerging information technology trends, different industry frameworks: e.g. ITIL, COBIT etc.
