DESCRIPTION

The Finance & Accounting Manger’s Mandate is to support the office of the CEO by defining, enabling and articulating the increase and preservation of the value of TTT Limited.

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Leading and directing the financial consequences of the activities of the Company;
• Ensuring that the Accounting information is auditable and reconcilable with financial reliabilities in accordance with International Accounting Standards;
• Providing a framework for the Performance Management of the Company;
• Informing decision making on issues cogent to the direction of the Company.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent working knowledge of local financial laws and regulations.
• Excellent working knowledge of financial and accounting standards and practices.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Qualifications and Experiece:

• Professional Accounting Qualification such as ACCA, CIMA, CMA, or
• Post Graduate qualification in Business Finance, Business Administration/Management or a related field
• Minimum of five (5) years experience in a similar position
• Minimum of eight (8) years experience in the field
• Theoretical and practical knowledge of strategic business management imperatives and perspectives.
• Able to negotiate; interpretative judgement; analytical, diagnostic and communicative abilities.
• State enterprise experience will be an asset.
• Sound appreciation of media industry will be an asset.
