- Make cold-calls to predetermined clients and pitch products and services.
- Make calls via the computer with a headset.
- Sell products and services on behalf of the service provider.
- Act on behalf of the service provider and offer good good customer service.
- Input information into the CRM system.
- Met targets set out.
- Attend training when necessary.
- Express sales campaigns details articulately and politely to customers.
Requirements:
- Solid and reliable internet connection.
- Reliable PC/ Laptop.
- Headset with microphone.
- A space to work with little or no background noise.
Skills:
- Articulate Voice.
- Proper telephone etiquette.
- Positive personality.
- Self-Motivated.
- Can work with little supervision.
