Customer Service Representative CONTRACT (6mths)

The Grace Kennedy Money Services (Trinidad & Tobago) Ltd invites applications for the following position:

Customer Service Representative

CONTRACT – (6 mths) 

Hours of work: Monday to Saturday – 8am – 5pm

The successful candidate will be required to:

• Interact with and assist customers on a daily basis
• Collect relevant customer information for all customer’s transactions
• Ensure proper issuing and handling of all transactions
• Ensure all cash, cheques and any other monetary and non-cash items are properly reconciled each day
• Ensure all Compliance related guidelines are adhered to

Required Qualification, Experience, Knowledge and skills:

• Five (5) GCE O’Level/CXC passes at grades one (1) or two (2); inclusive of English Language and Mathematics or Accounts
• One (1) or more years working experience in a financial service company
• Excellent customer relations, interpersonal and communication skills
• Computer literacy
• Strong sense of confidentiality.
