We are seeking to recruit a suitably qualified person to fill the position of:
CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE CA (TRINIDAD)
JOB SUMMARY:
The Customer Service Representative will report to the Airport Manager. The selected candidate will assist in developing, promoting and enhancing the company’s image and reputation by providing prompt, efficient and courteous customer service at the check-in counters, departure gates, arrival halls and baggage service areas. He/she will assist the station in achieving On-Time Performance. He/she will assist in monitoring the Service Levels of the Third Party Contractors at the airport.KEY DELIVERABLES:
Customer Service: Continuously seeks to capitalize on opportunities to exceed the expectations of internal and external customers by placing a keen interest on understanding and effectively resolving issues in a professional and result-oriented manner.
Operational Effectiveness: Ensures effective and efficient utilization of assigned resources, towards ensuring that customer service and on-time performance standards are achieved.
Reporting: Ensures the delivery of accurate operational and reports in accordance with pre-established timelines.
Compliance: Actively supports the advancement of the organization’s safety and quality culture, through compliance with corporate and regulatory guidelines.
PERSON SPECIFICATION:
You must possess a minimum of five (5) CXC O’ level passes or an equivalent High School Diploma with three (3) years’ experience in a similar customer service, supervisory role preferably in the airline industry. You must be proficient in the use of MS Office and the use of a computerised reservations system.
You must have a strong customer service orientation and be willing to work shift hours in a fast-paced, deadline driven environment. You must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and possess the ability to exercise judgement, tact and initiative.
