Amplia Communications Limited is seeking to recruit an energetic, knowledgeable, passionate and people focused leader to join our dynamic Field Sales team.

 

JOB SUMMARY

In this role, you will be required to sell Amplia Communications Security, Internet & TV services to new customers. Amplia Communications is looking for Field Sales Agents to engage new customers on its products and services. Interested parties must be sociable, pleasant, well-spoken and can deliver the product and brand promise

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Accurately record prospect info and maintain listing
• Accurately record/receipt customer orders and application forms
• Achieve sales objectives while providing the highest level of customer satisfaction
• Provide relevant responses to customers concerns, service requests, products and service enquires based on actual facts related to the company’s products or services
• Actively bring brand awareness to new communities by sales walks and events as required to generate new business
• Responsible for executing sales strategies to receive new customer business through registration and sign-ups via face to face interactions via door to door walks and sales events
• Offer support at retail locations as necessary to increase brand awareness and generate new business

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum 5 CXC/GCE O ‘levels including Mathematics and English Language
• Minimum requirement of intermediate computer skills
• Knowledge of the Internet/IPTV and Fiber Optic Technology would be an asset
• Previous sales experience
• Previous experience in a customer service environment
• Available to work on weekends and public holidays
• Excellent communication skills
• Industry knowledge an asset
