Job Title:	Administrative Assistant -Programme and Technical Services		Reports	Head Programme and Technical Services
Job Summary: The incumbent will perform a wide range of administrative and office support activities to facilitate the efficient operation of the Programme and Technical Services functional area of the Waste Recycling Management Unit. These activities include; but are not limited to: conducting research, preparing statistical reports, budget monitoring and updating, handling information requests as directed.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES
KNOWLEDGE:		· Knowledge of the modern practices and techniques in public administration. · Knowledge of principles and practices of organization, planning, records management and general administration.
SKILLS AND ABILITIES:		· Good interpersonal and communication skills. · Effective time management, analytical and problem-solving skills. · Ability to multi-task. · Ability to identify potential problems and recommend appropriate solutions. · Ability to operate standard office equipment. · Ability to work independently and show initiative. · Proficient in the use of MS Office Suite.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE AND TRAINING:
· Minimum of five (5) years’ experience as an administrative professional. · Training as evidenced by an undergraduate degree in public administration, management or a related field. · Certificate in Project Management. · F.I.A. or relevant Accounting certification would be an asset. · Any equivalent combination of qualifications, skills and experience will be considered.

Job Title:	Database Administrator		Department:	Information Technology (I.T.)
Reports To:	I.T. Manager		Based At:	Head Office
Job Purpose: The Database Administrator shall be responsible for the installation, maintenance and, the performance of database servers. Develop processes for optimizing database security. Set and maintain database standards. Manage database access. Oversee performance tuning of database systems. Install, upgrade, and manage database applications. Diagnose and troubleshoot database errors.
Qualification and/or Experience
Critical: · BSc Computer Science or a related field. Three (3) years of experience in database administration, information technology, database architecture, or a related field. Extensive experience with database technologies (MySQL, MS SQL, Oracle) Certifications preferred: MCSE/MCSA: SQL, Azure, Office 365, Dynamics SL, Dynamics 365, Crystal Reports, MySQL. Experience with Microsoft Windows Server environments. Experience with Microsoft: Ø Azure; Ø SharePoint and Office 365; Ø Dynamics SL (v.7 & 2015) & 365; Ø Crystal Reports.		Important: Strong command of MS SQL, and My SQL server tools. Advanced knowledge of database security, backup and recovery, and performance monitoring standards. Understanding of relational and dimensional data modeling. PowerShell and Unix shell scripting skills. Familiarity with SSAS, SSIS, SSRS. Strong mathematical and statistical knowledge. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Impeccable attention to detail.
