Job Summary:

The Customer Solutions Specialist contributes to the overall success in the area of Global Transaction Banking Products within the Corporate and Commercial Unit.

Responsible for the growth and development of the GTB line of products within Trinidad and Tobago through focus on the high level corporate and commercial client base. These products include

• Cash Management Services
• Merchant & E-commerce services
• Payroll Services
• Deposits
• Fleet Card Services

Key Accountabilities:

• Responsible for achieving goals for growth in fee revenue by expanding existing and building new relationships
• Prospect, plan and execute customer visits, in coordination with the Teams financial targets, in order to grow the Global Transaction Banking line of products:  Cash Management Services, Merchant Services, Payroll, Deposits and Fleet Card Services
• Fulfill the Unit’s business plan and generate opportunities of cross-sell
• Participates in the execution of the Corporate and Commercial Unit’s Plan in order to align with the objective of the Unit within the overall Bank
• Analyze and identify business opportunities to increase profitability and develop follow up plans
• Monitor the volume of sales profitability and penetration of the assigned portfolio in order to guarantee the fulfillment of the Team’s objectives
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations
• Ensure Customer service delivery of Cash Management Services, Merchant Services, Payroll, Deposits and Fleet Card Services are delivered to customer satisfaction within established and prescribed Bank standards.
• Adhere to established Bank regulations and procedures within the assigned authority and responsibility, maintains the confidentiality of customer information and takes full responsibility of all customer enquiries, concerns, complaints directed to Him/Her by resolving those matters to the customers satisfaction or by referring the customer to the appropriate resolve.

Functional Competencies:

• Ability to work independently and in a cross-functional setting
• Demonstrated experience in partner, client or account management
• Must be highly organized and have great attention to detail
• Excellent prioritization and problem solving abilities
• Enthusiasm and the ability to adapt and thrive in an atmosphere of constant change
• Solid verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills 

Educational Background and Experience:

• Undergraduate degree in business and/or related discipline.
• Strong working knowledge and experience in product/project implementations.
• Previous experience with Corporate, Commercial or Business Banking Customers in relationship management, implementation and sales.
