      Head, Enterprise Planning, Implementation and Transformation

      The National Gas Company of Trinidad and Tobago Limited (NGC), a leading Company in the development of the country’s natural gas industry, invites applications from suitably qualified nationals to join our dynamic team of professionals to work in a challenging results-oriented environment to fill the following contract position.

            Head, Enterprise Planning, Implementation and Transformation (12682) 

      OBJECTIVES:

      • Leads and oversees the Enterprise Planning, Implementation and Transformation team in conducting business requirements gathering and analysis, assessment of business needs and the subsequent identification, planning, design, development/configuration and implementation of feasible and innovative solutions for business problems.
      • Identifies opportunities created by new, emerging and disruptive technologies to facilitate innovation in business models, products, and services and advance business strategies.

      The minimum requirements for the position are: ·

      • BSc in Computer Science or Information Technology
      • Postgraduate Diploma in Information Technology or related field would be an asset
      • PMP certification will be a definite asset ·
      • Five (5) years supervisory experience in an Information Technology environment ·
      • Experience relevant to the oil and gas industry would be an asset

      Knowledge, Skills and Key Attributes

      Knowledge of:

      • Project Management, IS business strategy alignment, Enterprise Analysis, global IM/IT standards and practices, emerging and disruptive technology, emerging information technology trends, different industry frameworks: e.g. ITIL, COBIT etc.

      Skills and Key Attributes:

      OBJECTIVES: 

      • Researches, identifies, evaluates and implements solutions for the business to create value, meet strategic goals and/or to be transformed by the adoption of new, emerging and disruptive technologies.

      The minimum requirements for the position are: 

      • BSc Computer Science, Information Technology, or relevant degree program
      • Certification in Data Science would be a definite asset
      • A recognised certificate in Project Management would be an asset
      • Three (3) years’ experience in an Application Development or IT Solution Implementation environment
      • Experience in Data Management, Data Visualization and Data Analytics using Artificial Intelligence will be a definite asset
      • Experience in the Oil and Gas industry would be an asset.

      Knowledge, Skills and Key Attributes 

      Knowledge of:

      • Programming and scripting languages- e.g. JAVA, Perl, Python, C, R, DAX, MDX

      OBJECTIVES: 

      • Assesses the IT capabilities of the enterprise to determine change needed and determines feasible business solutions using technology to define solution scope.
      • Identifies, evaluates, develops and implements business solutions and supports the IT Project Management Portfolio, providing project management support and advisory services for IT-related projects.

       The minimum requirements for the position are: 

      • BSc Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant degree program
      • A recognised certificate in Project Management would be an asset
      • Sharepoint Developer / Designer certification would be an asset.
      • Three (3) years’ experience in an Application Development or IT Solution Implementation environment
