      Technical Operator

      JOB PURPOSE
      • Responsible for the smooth operation of production machines in keeping with the company’s safety standards and procedures while ensuring high production efficiency. Takes actions to correct machine defects and maintain machines in optimum performance conditions

      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
      • Operates the machine (start up, shut down, run monitoring); knowledge in connection with visualization and control components.
      • Monitors the course of production, analyses malfunction and eliminates normal malfunctions.
      • Performs functional tests on machines and lines, recognizing, analyzing and monitoring malfunctions.
      • Coordinates and performs machine maintenance works (installation/removal of tear and wear parts and spare parts).
      • Sets up, replaces and adjusts the formats and machines according to optimum technical and economic considerations, to instructions. Control of success after work is done and proof machine line optimization.
      • Recognizes malfunctions, classifying them correctly and reacting properly (elimination or report).
      • Recognizes and interprets malfunction warnings, alarm signals.

      Facilities Coordinator

      JOB PURPOSE
      • Providing construction site management support as it pertains to commercial and industrial facilities management and preventative maintenance on all building systems, plant and equipment.

      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
      • Ensuring that the assigned project(s) is executed using sound engineering principles and the necessary project management tools and documentation is utilized to ensure project completion on a timely basis, within budget, to the requisite quality and safety standards.
      • Providing timely (reports) project value/cost analysis in the company’s prescribed format.
      • Providing effective supervision of assigned project staff.
      • Ensuring that internal and external communication necessary for the effective management of the project is handled on a timely basis.
      • Ensuring that project documentation is properly coordinated and maintained.
      • Initiating and track material orders to ensure that they are procured on a timely basis and to the required specifications.
      • Ensuring that personnel and industrial relationship functions are conducted in accordance with the company’s policy.

      • Liaising with Facilities/Construction Manager to create expenditure forecasts and budgets for routine facilities maintenance (including equipment) and participate in the monitoring and controlling of said budget.
      • Establishing schedules for providing facility maintenance services.
      • Preparing an engineering estimate for all contracted services.
      • Aid in the development and organization of preventative maintenance and safety inspection programs for the facility.
      • Performing other functions directly relating to and necessary for the successful completion of projects, routine facilities maintenance and those that may be assigned by the Facilities/Construction Manager

      REQUIREMENTS:
      • A Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Civil / Mechanical Engineering or Construction Project Management.
      • Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar capacity.
      • Previous experience in the supervising or managing a team of people.
      • Should possess OSHA certification or training.
      • Should be trained in AutoCAD
      • Should have formal training in Project Management
      • Good project management skills with excellent planning & execution.

      Process Improvement Manager

      JOB PURPOSE:

      • To effectively lead the Plant Support Unit in identifying and implementing improvements that eliminate waste and increase customer  satisfaction.
      • To assist in the identification and proliferation of manufacturing best practices while supporting an operational excellence culture with emphasis on continuous improvement.

      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:  

      • Data collection and analysis of Plant Operations processes for budgeting and cost improvement.
      • Must be able to design, evaluate and analyze plant metrics and performance for operational improvements
      • Designing and implementing process improvement plans to streamline inefficient processes.
      • Standardize processes to reduce process variation and optimize process performance.
      • Must be able to incorporate problem-solving tools to support real time problem solving and  process trouble shooting e.g. Six Sigma, 7 Step Problem Solving, Lean Manufacturing, 5 Why, Value Stream Mapping.
      • The ability to lead the Plant Support Unit in conducting root cause analysis.
      • Create process documentation to determine metrics, manufacturing issues, materials flow, project plans, production capacity, facility design, etc.
      • Must be competent in conducting Root Cause Analysis techniques and determine practical and cost effective actions to prevent recurrences of major downtime, non-conformance or losses.
      •  Change management to ensure sustainable performance improvement.
      • Responsible for generating and reporting on all projects on a monthly basis.
      • Lead Standard Operating Practices documentation for Plant Operations and Continuous Improvement Initiatives.
      • Setup and Support the system to manage performance throughout the plant.
      • Support the communications with the Officer and the Managers.
      • Responsible for the management and support the coordination of all projects in the Plant Operations areas.
      • Support the Coordination Plant Support Unit, other internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects on time and within budget.
      • Drive team to complete projects to the highest level of quality and standard within time and budget.
      • Negotiate with vendors and contractors to secure the best quality and standard of products and service.
      • Liaise with the Head of Plant Operations to ensure all projects are scoped accurately.
      • Ensure all plant metrics are accurately measured and reports provided to all parties requiring the information.
      •  Support team in removing all barriers to obtaining the correct data as needed.
      • Analyze and trend the data collected and escalate all observations to the other managers with recommendations for improvements.
      • Support Production Planning regarding cost management.
      • Responsible for the presentation and facilitation of stock and production at meetings .

      REQUIREMENTS:

      • A Degree in Industrial or Process Engineering.
      • A Master’s Degree in Production Engineering and Management will be considered an asset.
      • Certification in Lean Management or Six Sigma Certificate or equivalent will be considered an asset.
      • A minimum three (3) years of continuous relevant work experience as a Manager in a manufacturing setting.
      • Proven track record in process improvement; leading projects with a record of successful implementation.
      • Project Management experience
      • Beverage industry experience is an asset.

      JOB PURPOSE:

      • Carry planned and preventative maintenance on the company’s fleet of vehicles according to identified standards and policies outlined by the company.

      KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

      • Performs preventive maintenance on all the company’s vehicles according to required standards to ensure continuing optimum operability and functionality at expected standards.
      • Must have experience in performing preventive and corrective maintenance on trucks (7-ton, 10-ton), forklifts, stackers, commercial vans, pick-ups and cars.
