It is speculated that Huawei will also implement the notch on the screen to house the various sensors and selfie camera that have become standard on modern phones.

The burning question right now and what really has generated the buzz about the Huawei P20 is the triple camera setup. How will it work? How many mega pixels would each camera have? These are the questions being asked and everyone would have to wait until late February 2018 when it is expected to be officially launched.
