The incumbent will be required to be pleasant, competitive and thrives in attracting new customers. It would be essential for the incumbent to demonstrate, merchandise, answer questions and make recommendations to create and increase public interest in purchasing Bryden Pi products. The successful candidate will play a fundamental role in enhancing the value of the brands and revenue growth objectives.
Major Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
- Demonstrate or provide information on products to persuade customers to purchase.
- Engage in meaningful interactions with customers, create a positive image and lead consumers to BPI products.
- Distribute product samples, coupons, brochures, flyers, or other incentives to source new sales opportunities.
- Outline interests and understand customer needs and requirements.
- Keep work areas net while working and return items to correct locations for following promotions.
- Record promotional information and provide customer feedback, recommendations and sales via the use of the Promotions Fact sheet and submit to Promotions Co-ordinator on a weekly basis.
- Set up and arrange displays or demonstration areas to attract the attention of prospective customers.
- Support the promotion of the Company’s brands through continuous updating of product knowledge.
- Perform other duties that may be required to enhance the operations of the Company.
Knowledge and Experience:
- A minimum of three (3) CXC passes, which must include English and Mathematics.
- Prior experience in a similar environment would be an asset Or relevant combination of training and experience.
