Title: Security & Fleet Coordinator
Overview:
The security & fleet coordinator is required to co-ordinate and manage security at the stores and offices, as well as manage the existing fleet of vehicles. This includes developing and implementing security policies, protocols and procedures; Developing and managing budgets for security operations, alarm and monitor expenses, as well as safety systems, locks, vaults etc and ; Pre qualifying, managing and supervising security officers and guards via 3rd party security firms. This position also is required to implement and maintain management systems for the company’s fleet of vehicles including servicing and repairs.
The position reports to the Vice president of Operations and liaises internally with Purchasing for external contracts & procurement, technology department, as well as various staff, managers and executives. Externally the position also liaises with police where required, security and other 3rd party service providers.

Duties
- Daily analysis of e-Commerce data
- Assist in the execution of all digital and e-Commerce campaigns
- Perform analysis of data from e-Commerce, App, Dispatch, Loyalty, Chat Ordering & Social platforms and CRM.
- Work closely with Marketing & IT teams to ensure campaigns are executed on the Website, App, CRM & Social Platforms in a timely fashion
- Conduct regular Website & App audits to ensure all images, prices and general product information is accurate
- Assist in the optimization of the Website & App for Search and Ads
- Spot opportunities for enhancement of e-Commerce and digital activities
- Work closely with the Operations and Customer Service teams to help optimize the overall ecommerce experience
- Conduct regular visits to Branches to ensure adoption and proper execution of all digital platforms inclusive of e-Commerce, App, Dispatch, Loyalty & Chat Ordering
Skills
- Strong communication/interpersonal skills
- Proven analytical background
- Solid understanding of Excel
- Must be 18 years and older
- Must possess a valid Driver’s Permit
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, IT, Computer Science, Communication, or a related field
