Outbound Call Center Agent Position:

Summary
We are searching for polite, professional Sales Contact Center Agents to support one of our outbound Sales programs. As an Outbound Sales Agent, you will be required to create a positive experience for each contact you handle. You will want to present an upbeat and confident tone throughout the call and be able to overcome any initial objections or concerns on our reason for calling, position the benefits of the services we are offering and utilize tools and resources to answer any questions and provide complete and accurate information on every call.  In this role, you will represent a Premier Home Warranty Company – providing prospective Customers with an exceptional experience as you answer questions, position service benefits and assist Callers in selecting the warranty plan that best fits their needs.

Schedules may vary and are currently available for Monday-Saturday between 9:00am and 9:00 pm Eastern Time.

Responsibilities

Use an Auto-Dialer system to make outbound sales calls, greeting each potential customer with enthusiasm and confidence!
Understand and strive to meet or exceed contact center Sales & Quality metrics while providing excellent and consistent customer experience.
Demonstrate active listening skills and the ability to position product/service benefits with a goal of closing sales.
Work in a team environment, able to work with your team members to meet individual and team level sales performance, quality and productivity expectations.

Can be counted on – reliable

Managed call efficiency when placing outbound calls and communicate with energy and enthusiasm to customers.
Strive for first call resolution and take true ownership of customer needs and issues.
Deliver amazing customer service by connecting with your Customer and demonstrating a caring and empathetic approach during each engagement.
Take an active role in educating customers about our client’s products and services – offers can competitive advantages.

Requirements

Experience in a Sales environment such as a contact center or retail location. Experience with service with strong up-selling skills.
Must have ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving / Sales skills.
Self-motivated and able to adapt and comprehend changes in business processes or procedures.
Detail oriented – Bring a thoughtful approach to maintaining data accuracy and performance standards.
Physical attendance is key to success and necessary to meet objectives.
Other duties or skills may be assigned based on Program needs

Physical Requirements

Ability To:

Speak and sit for extended periods of time.
Stand and walk or otherwise traverse occasionally in order to be accessible to the production floor.
Exert at up to 10 lbs. of force to push, pull or otherwise move objects.
Have close visual acuity to perform activities such as: preparing and analyzing data and/or documents; and/or viewing a computer terminal.

Qualifications/ Experience/ Requirements

Minimum High school graduate at least Three CXC Passes including English A
Minimum 6 months of Contact Center or other Customer Service experience
Excellent computer & web navigation skills
Accurate data input skills – must work with multiple systems to research, provide basic troubleshooting and resolve customer issues.
Accuracy and timeliness in entering and confirming information – Type min 25 WPM

Personality
Excellent communication skills – easy to understand – confident & friendly tone
Handle sensitive and confidential Customer information appropriately.
