OUR NEED

The Office Attendant is expected to provide sanitation support and other general housekeeping services.  This will ensure that our offices and facilities are maintained within the approved standards.

Included among the responsibilities of the role are: –

• Sweep, dust, wipe, vacuum and mop offices as required to maintain effective cleanliness standards.
• Clean and sanitise toilets, counter tops, blinds, shelves, cabinets, interior glass, bins and related appliances.
• Clean and sanitise office equipment and appliances as required.
• Check supplies of toiletries and cleaning commodities as required and arrange replenishment as necessary.
• Requisition supplies and toiletries and sign relevant documentation.
• Report abnormal utilisation of supplies or toiletries to supervisor for action.
• Empty trash and wash garbage bins as required.
• Perform other related duties as required by the job function.

• Good communication skills
• Able to work with or without supervision
• Similar experience will be an asset
